At Enoteca, we aim to deliver your wines safely and on time. Please read our shipping and delivery terms below.
1. Delivery Areas

Nairobi & Surrounding Areas: We currently deliver within Nairobi and select nearby regions.

Other Regions in Kenya: Delivery outside Nairobi may be arranged upon request and is subject to courier availability.

International Shipping: At this time, we do not ship outside Kenya.
2. Delivery Timelines

Nairobi Deliveries: Orders placed before 2:00 PM are typically delivered the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM may be delivered the next business day.

Outside Nairobi: Delivery times vary by courier service but usually take 2β5 business days.

Deliveries are made MondayβSaturday (excluding public holidays).
3. Delivery Fees

Within Nairobi: Flat rate [Insert KES amount] or free delivery for orders above [Insert minimum spend].

Outside Nairobi: Fees are calculated based on courier charges and distance. Customers will be informed before confirming the order.
4. Delivery Requirements

Customers must provide a valid delivery address, phone number, and any special instructions.

Proof of age (18+) may be required upon delivery.

If no one is available to receive the order, delivery may be rescheduled at an additional fee.
5. Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with delivery details.

For orders outside Nairobi, courier tracking information will be provided (if available).
6. Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund as per our Refund Policy.
