3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes.
Payments must be made in full before delivery or collection.
We accept credit/debit cards, mobile money (M-Pesa), and other approved payment methods.

4. Orders & Delivery

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
Deliveries are available within Nairobi and selected regions. Delivery charges may apply.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
We may require proof of age upon delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

6. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability

Enoteca is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Alcohol should be consumed responsibly. We are not responsible for misuse.
