WINE DESCRIPTION: Shiny straw yellow colour with intense gold shades. Its perfume is rich of flowers and fruits, enriched by honey and citrus fruits. The taste is structured, elegant, strong, fresh, and surrounded by a good sourness and long persistence.

FOOD PAIRING: Perfect with pasta, shellfish, clams, mussels, crustaceans, tartare-fish carpaccio, mature and hard cheeses, lean fish, smoked salmon, fresh cheese piedmont, grilled and roasted meat, cured meat, pasta dishes, and filet with citrus peel.
