GRAPE VARIETY: 35% Nebbiolo, 35% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon

APPELLATION:

WINE DESCRIPTION: Sito Moresco combines the complexity and longevity of Nebbiolo with the body of Cabernet sauvignon and Merlot. The wine has a refined bouquet of small red fruits and an oak spice fragrance. In the mouth, it is elegant, fruity and harmonious, medium-­‐bodied. Fresh end with smooth tannins making the wine suitable for immediate but also late drinking.

FOOD PAIRING: Best with mature cheese, rare cuts of meat, and risotto with mushrooms.
