WINE DESCRIPTION: A great passion for Riesling led Martin Foradori to the Saar in Germany’s Mosel wine region. In 2014, he seized the opportunity to revive the traditional Weingut Dr. Fischer. In 2022 his project was further expanded, reaching the Rheinhessen area along the Rhine River.

This Sauvignon impresses with its aromatic bouquet of yellow fruits and gooseberry. Elegant notes of elderberry and citrus complement its clear structure and crisp acidity.
